Compilation of Inventory
Home Inventories final inventory is produced using clear and unequivocal language with dated digital photography which accurately reflects the content and condition of a property prior to the commencement of a tenancy.
The report is prepared using pre determined structured criteria of which both parties are appraised ensuring that standards are set thus avoiding disputes and debates at the end of the tenancy. An e-mail version or hard copy of the report is supplied along with digital dated photographs.
Checking In Tenants and Reporting
